KHANPUR: An elderly woman was allegedly tortured by her son and daughter-in-law over a property dispute in Khanpur on Sunday. Bashiran Bibi, a resident of Moza Wahi Hazrat, told Express News that she became a widow after her husband Rehmat Ali died 13 years ago.
