Clean up: Flags taken down to flag violence

The work started at Fresco Chowk, Saddar Town and went to Empress Market and Regal Chowk.

KARACHI: The Sindh government and allied parties kicked off a campaign on Friday to clean Karachi of graffiti and party flags. The work started at Fresco Chowk, Saddar Town and went to Empress Market and Regal Chowk where all graffiti was painted over and the party flags were taken down. Pakistan Peoples Party’s Najmi Alam, Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s Waseem Aftab and Bashir Jan of the Awami National Party were present.
