Ajk Elections: 2.9 million voters registered

New legislative assembly to be elected by June 26.

MIRPUR: Over 2.9 million registered voters hailing from AJK, including those settled in other parts of the country, will elect the new legislative assembly on June 26, election officials said.

The AJK Election Commission sources told APP here late Thursday that the constituency wise detail of the number of voters in 41 constituencies of the state. The total number of Pakistani-based Kashmiri refugees is over 0.661 million, which includes over 0.571 million refugees from Indian Jammu and 40,827 settled in various parts of the
country.
