ISLAMABAD: Anything done without control or regulation can have negative and serious consequences for mismanagement leads to utter chaos

A glaring example of this is that in the absence of traffic policemen on Islamabad Expressway during the past few days has resulted in severe traffic jams in peak hours causing nightmares for commuters.

Many motorists including government servants, who  work in Islamabad but live in suburbs areas of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and  Islamabad face traffic problems twice a day first in the morning when they come to work and second in the evening when they go back home.

5,000 trees to be cut to make way for Leh Expressway

According to details, for the last few days, traffic is continuously being blocked from Khanna-Bridge to Faizabad section of Islamabad Expressway in the morning. No policemen is seen to control the traffic, especially the heavy traffic entering in the city after 9am

Non-presence of police staff might be due to signal free artery (Khana Bridge to Faizabad) who do not bother to check lane or other violations there.
