There is good news for Pakistani students who hope to pursue higher education but lack the means to do so, the HEC has announced a scholarship for those wishing to pursue doctorates.
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has invited all Pakistani nationals, along with those from Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) with outstanding academic performance to apply for doctorate in philosophy (PhD) scholarships in various fields.
The deadline for sending in applications has been set for February 18. The scholarships are being offered for the fall 2019 and the spring 2020 sessions in HEC-identified top-ranked international universities. Applicants are required to submit online applications through the HEC e-portal (eportal.hec.gov.pk).
