Chinese Consulate attack: ATC grants three days to submit challan

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court granted the police on Wednesday three days to submit the challan in the Chinese Consulate attack case. The court was hearing the case against five accused under Arms and Explosives Act, who are accused of facilitating the attack. Gulshan-e-Maymar police requested time to submit the challan, which the court approved. The accused include Ahmed Hasnain, Nadir Khan, Ali Ahmed, Abdul Latif and Aslam, who are in prison on judicial remand. The police said that Latif and Aslam had recorded their statements and confessed to their involvement in the attack as facilitators.
