Female ASI bags top position in K-P police exam

Dilshad Pari is the only K-P police officer to secure prominent position for the third time

PESHAWAR: Dilshad Pari, an Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) in the Chitral Police, has secured 1st position in the departmental exam of PASI intermediate course of K-P Police.

Pari also has the distinction of being the first woman from Malakand Division to be appointed to this post in Chitral Police as an ASI.

Further, she is the only police officer of K-P police who has secured a prominent position for the third time.

She was born in the area of Boni on November 5,1989. Her  father was retired personnel of K-P Police. She is an M.SC in Chemistry while she has a degree of LLB as well. Further, she holds a diploma in physical education as well.

Pari said that she wanted to be a doctor since her childhood as there were not many high quality doctors in Chitral. She added that she was also passionate about joining the police force since her childhood.
