Heavy rains claim three lives in Rahim Yar Khan
Police have registered separate cases and started an investigation
RAHIM YAR KHAN:
Three persons, including eight-year-old girl died in separate rain-related incidents in Rahim Yar Khan on Thursday and Friday. Muhammad Latif, a resident of Chak 55, was going on motorcycle when a speedy truck hit him from an opposite side. As a result, he died on the spot while the driver sped away after the accident. Rescue teams reached the site and shifted the body to nearby hospital. In another incident, a couple with eight-year-old girl, was on their way home on a motorcycle when a tractor-trolley crashed into their two-wheeler from back side, killing Shameem Bibi and her daughter instantly while husband Allah Dita suffered serious injuries. Rescue teams reached the site and shifted them to a nearby hospital. Police have registered separate cases and started investigation.
