ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Mumbai attack case till February 13 as the prosecutor told the court that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had issued a stay order and barred the ATC for further proceedings in the case till the next decision of the IHC.

The prosecution had filed a petition in IHC for recalling 19 witnesses, who had earlier testified or given up which was earlier rejected by the ATC.

The IHC suspended the proceedings of the case at the ATC till the decision of the petition. It may be added that issue of calling 27 foreign witnesses is still pending in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
