Pak-China art exhibition opens in Sargodha

SARGODHA: Cultural Consular at the embassy of the People’s Republic of China You-Yi visited Sargodha University and inaugurated Pak-China Friendship Art Exhibition.

The First National Art Exhibition and Competition-2019 on Pak-China Friendship was being organised by the Sargodha University’s Institute of Art and Design and Pakistan Institute of China Studies (PICS) in collaboration with Pakistan Council on China (PCC).

Pak-China friendship opens doors for local artists

The exhibition displayed visual art forms of young Pakistani artists comprising miniature, prints, calligraphy, sculptures, special paper-cutting arts, drawings, paintings and crafts.

Speaking on the occasion, You-Yi said that he was delighted to be in Sargodha for the first time. He inspected artworks of young artists, who had depicted the culture, history and strong bond of friendship between China and Pakistan.
