'Ban on Indian content won't prevent Pakistanis from watching our shows'
Indian minister VK Singh reacts to CJP Saqib Nisar's ban on airing Indian content

"Let the Pakistani judge say what he wants, has it stopped people from watching our shows," India's Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh told the media on Thursday.
People-to-people contact won't end with one man's statement, he added.
The CJP's remarks came during hearing of a case pertaining to airing foreign content on private TV channels.
Earlier, the CJP had remarked that “Indian content must be banned as they are shutting down our dams..."
A number of television channels in the country broadcast international content from countries including Turkey and India.
