Milking Malice: 5 children poisoned

FAISALABAD: Five children of a family were rendered unconscious after they drank poisonous milk on Sunday. According to police officials, Chak No.193-RB resident Muhammad Kaleem’s wife boiled milk and served it to her in-laws’ children.   As soon as the children drank the milk Ahmad Hasan, 1, Ali Hasan, 3, Muhammad Hasan, 5, Habib, 4, and four-month-old Obaidur Rehman passed out. The children were rushed to Civil Hospital and are currently in the emergency ward. According to the doctors, the milk was toxic and had traces of rat poison.
