PM launches Pakistan Citizens' Portal to address public complaints

The prime minister said the development marked the highest and fastest grievance redressal in the country’s history within a short span of only 60 days.

PCP, launched in October this year by the government, is a complete grievance redressal system, which is connected with all the government departments and monitored by the Prime Minister Office.

People lodge complaint through a smartphone app, website, e-mail and Facebook. A complaint can also be registered through a toll free number. All complaints are resolved in a given timeframe and a transparent manner to the satisfaction of the complainant.

Muhammad Shahiy | 4 years ago | Reply It is most respectfully stated that a complaint No. PU211218-0702746 Dated:21-12-2018 was lodged by the complainant on PM citizen portal. It is pertinent to point-out here that despite LAPSE OF 115 DAYS said complaint has not resolved which clearly shows that concerned employees of the LDA has taken bribe from the law-breakers for the same reason they (LDA employees) are reluctant to resolve the said complaint. It is therefore humbly requested that matter in hand kindly be sent to the Anti-Corruption Department for inquiry and action.
