According to details, Muhammad Ameen was abducted on Wednesday.
Karezat Assistant Commissioner Waseem Jogezai and Bostan Tehsildar Abdul Malik Tareen with levies officials carried out a raid at Kuchlak Bazar and arrested four alleged kidnappers Abdul Ghiyas, Agha Muhammad, Nazeer Ali, and Rab Nawaz.
A stolen car was recovered from their possession.
