Remembering The Martyr: Bashir Bilour true face of ANP

Shaheed Bashir Ahmad Bilour was a man of great character: ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan

PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) President Asfandyar Wali Khan has said that Shaheed Bashir Ahmad Bilour was a man of great character who achieved martyrdom for the cause of motherland and represented true face of ANP by his unmatched sacrifice.

In a statement issued on death anniversary of Bashir Bilour on Thursday, he said that sacrifice of Bashir Bilour and our thousands of workers defines the policy of ANP and philosophy of its leadership.

Recalling sacrifices of party workers for peace, he said that unparalleled services of ANP for the country would not go in vain and always be remembered. He said: “ANP is the party that is working abiding by the non-violence that was preached by our great leader, Bacha Khan.”
