FAISALABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a man for blackmailing a woman in Faisalabad.

An FIA official told Express News  that accused Farhan Liaquat, a resident of Toba Tek Singh, had been blackmailing M*, a resident of Garh Maha Raja, by using a fake social media account for the past several days.

The raiding party also seized two cellphones having explicit content from the custody of the accused. The accused had been shifted to an undisclosed location for investigation.

The FIA officials said that the whereabouts of the accomplices of the suspect will be revealed during interrogation.
