Dr. Asjad Iqbal | 5 years ago | Reply Prices are rising because of the mismanagement of the economy. The government is printing money as fast as it can to run the country. Whenever a country does this there is massive hyperinflation. It happened in Germany under Hitler, it happened in Zimbabwe and it is happening in Venezuela. People soon realize the money is worthless. You can't even use it for toilet paper; it's not soft enough.
