LAHORE: Second meeting of the Export Promotion Committee with the Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association was held at the office of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Lahore to discuss the export performance of the sector along with discussion on problem areas. TDAP Director Adeela Younis elaborated that under the umbrella of Emerging Pakistan as envisaged by Commerce Secretary Younis Dagha, Ministry of Commerce and TDAP DG Riaz Ahmed are striving to bridge gaps between government bodies and exporters. Members of the association appreciated the sincere and untiring efforts of TDAP to boost exports of Pakistan. They also committed to submit comprehensive proposals for proposed delegations, exhibition and a forum to TDAP shortly. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the chair.
