Busted: Two kidnappers held, victims recovered

The accused are arrested and investigations have started.

PESHAWAR: Police arrested two persons on charges of abducting two women, who were handed over to their families, police spokesman said on Wednesday. Complainant Lal Zari told Matra police that accused Din Mohammad and his accomplice Ismaeel abducted his married daughter ‘S’ and her friend ‘A’ from Regi, on the outskirts of the provincial capital. The police took prompt action on the First Information Report (FIR) and launched a crackdown in the Regi area and recovered both abducted women. The accused were arrested and investigations have started.
