Teen girl, cousin shot dead for 'honour' in Shangla
Police say suspects have been at large since committing the crime

A 15-year-old girl and her 27-year-old cousin were allegedly killed by the girl's father and brother on Friday in Shangla district.
The incident took place in Laray area of Martung. Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Puran area, Zerab Gul told The Express Tribune Qasia father Sher Ali had suspected her and Syed Muhammad of being involved in a relationship and subsequently killed them.
The slain male, 27, was a father of four children while the girl was unmarried, police added.

The officer further said that a case has been registered under Sections 302 and 311 of the Pakistan Penal Code. An investigation into the matter is underway.
Syed's father Khan Syed informed police that his son was killed while he was working in the field. The suspects then proceeded to murder the girl. He added that he had registered a first information report (FIR) at the Martung police station.
According to locals, a jirga was also convened over the matter one week ago, which decided that the girl and the man should be married to one another.
