PM Imran will be accompanied by a high-level delegation on the visit which would be the first state visit by any foreign leader since Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad assumed Malaysia's top office in May.
The visit also will also mark the premier's first bilateral visit to Malaysia. The two prime ministers will conduct one-on-one talks with one another, followed by delegation-level talks.

PM Imran arrives in China on five-day official visit
The Malysian High Commissioner to Pakistan called on the Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on Thursday.
During the meeting with the high commissioner, FM Qureshi expressed the desire to further strengthen bilateral relations between both countries in economic and political spheres.
