Kakar says people should ensure protection of wildlife in Balochistan

QUETTA: The Balochistan Wildlife Department (BWD) arrested a man in Nushki district on Tuesday and registered a case against him over illegal hunting of migratory birds. Search for his friends is underway, according to BWD Deputy Convener Nayaz Kakar.

The action had been taken to prevent illegal hunting of rare species and ensuring protection to wildlife in the province, said Kakar, seeking support from the general public for finding people behind the prohibited act.

People should ensure protection of wildlife in Balochistan, he said in a statement.
