Fahad Malik Murder: Hearing adjourned till 14th
The next hearing of the case is expected to be held on November 14

The hearing into the murder of Barrister Fahad Malik was adjourned on Monday because the judge hearing the case is on leave. The case was thus adjourned without any proceedings taking place. Even though the judge is on leave, the accused Raja Arshad, Hashim Khan and Nauman Khokhar were brought to the anti-terror court for the hearing. The next hearing of the case is expected to be held on November 14. Two witnesses had recorded their statements before an anti-terror court in the federal capital on Wednesday. The court had directed the three other witnesses to appear before it at the hearing scheduled for Monday, November 12.
