Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas reportedly get marriage license

Rumour has it that the couple will tying the knot in December

Ahead of their wedding, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas have obtained a marriage license in the US, reported Elle.

The couple, who got engaged in August, visited the Beverly Hills Courthouse last week and filled out the paperwork to obtain the license.

The report further stated that the couple was planning to bring the license with them to India for their wedding in December and then will eventually file the license in the US to make the marriage official in both countries.

Priyanka and Nick announced their engagement a month after he proposed in London. They celebrated their engagement with Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner.


The couple never fails to gush about their better half. In a recent interview with the USA Today, the Jealous singer talked about his relationship with his fiancée.

“You have to be honest with your other half. That’s where the beauty of a real relationship is, being able to be your authentic self. I have that in my life now."

The couple has huge fan following and are almost always in the media spotlight.

“It’s really about trying to keep as much time as you can for yourselves. Not letting the outside world penetrate the world that you create for each other, or the world with your family and friends and your inner circle," added the singer.

In another interview, Nick had said that he and the Quantico actor connected over their love for family and faith.

Talking about Priyanka’s bond with his family, Nick said, “It’s been really beautiful. Really nice.That’s the most important thing in my life, maintaining a close-knit circle of friends, family and loved ones.”

Priyanka and Nick are reportedly getting married at Rajasthan's Mehrangarh Fort in December.
