On November 3, a woman was martyred in India’s unprovoked firing along the LoC.

In September, a civilian was martyred in unprovoked firing by Indian forces along the LoC, said the army's media wing.

Pakistan has repeatedly condemned increasing ceasefire violations by Indian forces due to which several civilians have lost their lives in cross-border skirmishes. In September, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi briefed the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Contact Group on the Indian acts of continued aggression and atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
