The plaintiff's lawyer maintained that the board of revenue has issued certificate to Goth Bango Gabol in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 11 and conspired with Matha Khan to get the slums approved. Matha Khan has been accused in dozens of cases for corruption, according to the petition.

The Mukhtiarkar and District East Deputy Commissioner haven't submitted a reply since 2014 on the matter while KDA termed the board of revenue documents "fake". The plot of President Dr Arif Alvi in Gulistan-e-Jauhar has also been occupied.

The petitioner adopted the stance that they were working for seven years in the institute and after seven years, they were told that their National Testing Service (NTS) scores were low and hence they were being sacked.

Shuja-ul-Nabi, the petitioner's lawyer, questioned that if their marks were low why were they allowed to continue working for seven years in the first place. He requested the court to not let his clients be sacked.

The court summoned a reply and issued notice to the respondents.
