Says conference a milestone for the people of Gwadar

Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has lauded the initiative of holding the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) in Gwadar.
Around 100 parliamentarians from 26 countries are participating in the APA from October 29-31.
In a statement on Sunday, the chief minister welcomed the international leaders participating in the conference on behalf of the Balochistan government and the people of Gwadar.
He congratulated Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani for organising the regional parliamentary leaders’ conference in the port city.
The chief minister said the initiative would increase the importance of Gwadar port and would be helpful in bringing foreign investment in Balochistan.

The provincial government would utilise all efforts to persuade the international guests about the safety and profitability of investments in Gwadar, he said while describing the conference as a milestone for the people of Gwadar.
