PESHAWAR:

The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Tuesday assured the families of martyrs of APS carnage that justice will be served.

This came during a visit to the Army Public School (APS) where the CJP laid floral wreath at the martyrs’ monument and offered prayers for the departed souls. Nisar also joined the families of martyrs, for Quran recitation within school premises.

During the interaction with the families, the CJP assured that “whole nation stands shoulder to shoulder with them and all their grievances will be resolved”.

The dejected mothers present in the hall once again asked the CJP for justice and punishment for those behind the APS carnage on December 16, 2014.
