KARACHI:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) issued a show cause notice to the investigation officer in the case of the recovery of weapons and explosives during a raid at Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarters -Nine-Zero.
The hearing was held in the ATC Complex in Karachi Central Jail. MQM worker, Ubaid, and other suspects were presented at the hearing.
The court lashed out at the absence of the investigation officer and issued a show cause notice, ordering him to tender an explanation.
The hearing has been adjourned till October 25. Rangers had raided MQM headquarters on March 11, 2015 and recovered a supply of illegal weapons and explosives.
