Directed by Soheb Akhtar, the video of the track, starring models Sabika Imam and Hasnain Lehri was shot near Mubarak Village. In a live video yesterday, the 90s duo revealed the single allowed them to step out of their comfort zone. How? You may ask. Well, for starters, it doesn't have a chorus. Hum Dono comprises of only three verses.
"It is not a normal Strings song," shared Bilal Maqsood, the lead guitarist of the band. "The song holds a special place in the album. We came out of our comfort zone and experimented with innovative ideas. Hum Dono doesn't have a chorus. It's more of a ballad with three verses. So we'd suggest the fans to listen to the song two three times before making up their mind about it."
The 2000s famous troupe lived up to their promise of producing a comeback album this year. Strings has been releasing one song every month with Hum Dono being the latest offering.
The song has a soft, soothing tone and also includes vocals by Natasha Noorani, which only enhances the charm of the track.
