Girl's father, two brothers arrested after the victim's family files a complaint

Police arrested a man and his two sons after they chopped off a boy's genitals upon finding him with his daughter in the North Indian city of Gorakhpur on Wednesday, Times of India reported.

According to police reports, the accused, Guddu Nishat, found his daughter with Deepchand Gupta, who studies in the 11th grade, sharing the bed on Monday.



Nishat and his two sons Sandeep and Pradeep assaulted Gupta followed by chopping off his genitals.

Police found the victim in critical condition and transported him to a medical facility where he is currently undergoing treatment.

Police officials have registered a case against all three culprits after the victim's family filed a compliant.



Local police station in-charge Manoj Rai said, “Locals informed the police when they found the victim crying in pain and bleeding profusely. The pair of scissors used in the crime were also recovered from the spot."

It was later revealed that the culprit's daughter was having an affair with the victim. However, the girl's family showed it's disapproval and warned the boy several times before the incident.
