Motorist flees after the incident, PPP leader's vehicle slightly damaged
KARACHI:
Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) leader Shehla Raza was involved in a minor traffic mishap after a motorist hit her vehicle early Friday morning on Karachi’s Shahrah-e-Faisal.
Shehla was reportedly making her way to the Sindh Secretariat when an unknown motorist hit her vehicle and fled from the scene. The former deputy speaker of the provincial assembly received minor injuries on her face and arms.
Fawad Chaudhry slams Shehla Raza after tweet controversy
The provincial minister was recently involved in a social media controversy after expressing reservations on the appointment of renowned economist Atif Mian in the Economic Advisory Council.
Shehla had later denounced the statement and claimed that the tweet was posted by a member of her social media team – she clarified that the team had been fired after the fiasco.
