Two killed in separate accidents

Both trucks drivers fled the scene, says police official

SARGODHA: Two people including a woman were killed while three others suffered injuries in separate road accidents in Sahiwal and Shahpur police limits. Police said on Friday Muhammad Imran, a resident of Shah Jeevana, along with his sister Sughran Bibi, was travelling on Jhang-Sargodha road on a motorcycle when a van hit the two-wheeler. As a result Sughran Bibi died on the spot while Imran suffered injuries. The truck driver fled. In another accident, a speeding driven truck hit to death a motorcyclist Nazakat and caused injuries to his brother Arslan near Sailaabi Bridge Shahpur and fled.
