Priyanka Chopra flashes ring, set to host engagement party

The Jonas and Chopra families are reportedly set to meet this weekend, reveals insider

Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas' relationship has taken the showbiz world by storm. The two have remained tight-lipped about their alleged engagement for the most part but recently, when a fan congratulated the 25-year-old singer on his engagement, he graciously responded,“Thanks, man.”

Now, the couple's engagement details have apparently been revealed. As per an insider, the Jonas and Chopra families are reportedly set to meet this weekend.  The Mary Kom actor is currently in Mumbai shooting for Shonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink and the plan is for both families to meet in Mumbai, reported Elite Daily.

That's not all though! A source has disclosed that this meeting will also include an engagement party. "Priyanka has sent out messages to close friends and family members to set aside time on August 18 for a party," the source said, adding, "It’s exactly a month after her birthday and those close to the Quantico star feel that she may make an official announcement about her relationship status at the bash."

There's also been a lot of talk on engagement rings and until now, there was no sign on any said rings. However, Chopra did not shy away from flashing her ring at Manish Malhotra’s party held yesterday.

The bash had the likes of Raveena Tandon, Kajol, Karisma Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan in attendance, reported Pinkvilla.

After the event, Tandon posted a few pictures from the night on her Instagram account. To many people's surprise, Chopra's ring is very visible in one of the images. Sporting a big rock on her engagement finger, the Baywatch star can be seen clad in a plunge mustard dress posing with Tandon.
