Murder: Body found in gunny bag

MULTAN: A 40-year-old man’s body was recovered from a sack on Saturday. Local residents said that the unidentified man’s face was severely disfigured. In Gulgasht area in Kuday Wala, a woman named Nasreen rented Muhammad Aslam’s house 5 months ago. Two days ago Nasreen disappeared along her daughter and son. The area residents called the police after they discovered something rotting in the house. When the police reached the house and broke the door of a bedroom, they discovered a man’s body packed inside a gunny bag. The body was tied with ropes after the victim had been brutally tortured. Police officials have sent the body to Nishtar Hospital for an autopsy and have started an investigation.
