Soon, we had reports that Coke Studio starlet Aima Baig was going to sing a duet with Muhammad. Aima's manager and sister Komal, however, has cleared the air on the matter.

Speaking to The Express Tribune, Komal said, "Let's be clear that it is not a collaboration. They aren't singing a duet yet. Arif will be opening Aima's concert in Lahore on Independence Day this year."
She further added, "The concert itself is about promoting new Pakistani talent and it seems like a fitting platform for Arif to get his big break."
Komal also revealed Muhammad will be getting a makeover from Nabila's salon and designer Munib Nawaz. His 17-minute long mashup of Arijit songs spread like wildfire on social media, so much so that people from both India and Pakistan tweeted the video, tagging different singers to bring it to their attention.

Beautiful voice of a talented Pakistani, whose profession is house painting but passion is singing. https://t.co/09fRRbdexQ
Some Indian users tagged Bollywood bigwigs such as Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Goshal and Arijit himself, hoping to land Muhammad a chance.
