PBC recognises Turbat university's LLB degree programme

Infrastructure, academic facilities at law department meet criteria for starting programme

The Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) has officially recognised the University of Turbat’s (UoT) LLB degree programme.

According to an evaluation report issued by the PBC committee after visiting the UoT Law Department, the infrastructure and academic facilities available at the law department meet the criteria set by the bar council for starting the programme.


Turbat University launches two scholarship programmes

The degree programme was started last year at the UoT. Balochistan High Court (BHC) Chief Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai had inaugurated the School of Law at the UoT last year.

Appreciating the efforts of Law Department Chairman Dr Gul Hassan, faculty members and university administration on this achievement, UoT Vice Chancellor Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir said that his institution had achieved many milestones and earned a prestigious place among the country’s best universities within five years of becoming a full-fledged university.
