Earlier, Rind had met Zehri and offered him to join the PTI.
Rind flanked by former minister Amir Rind visited Shaheed Sikandarabad to meet the independent candidate.

On the offer, the younger brother of former Balochistan chief minister Sanaullah Zehri, Naimatullah Zehri said that he had not decided to join any party.

“Though many political parties have offered me to join them but I will decide my future direction after consensus with the people and tribal elders,” Zehri said.

Zehri was the only independent candidate in the provincial house being approached by several political parties to join them. However, he has joined the PTI.
