KARACHI: Much like Eidul Fitr, numerous local films are yet again set to release on Eidul Azha. Featuring some of the biggest stars of the country, films such as Load Wedding, Parwaaz Hai Junoon and the much-awaited sequel of Jawani Phir Nahi Ani will hit screens this August.

Varun Dhawan wishes good luck to the team of 'Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2'

Music plays a huge role in promoting films, however, not many releases seem to produce good soundtracks. But it seems like the latest track from Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 (JPNA2) could put rappers like Honey Singh to shame.

Earlier, it was revealed that Ahmed Ali Butt who plays one of the male leads in the film would be producing a song with folk singer Arif Lohar for JPNA2. Titled Tillay Wale Jooti, the track was just released and it is all things that Butt and Lohar promised it to be.

Proving to be one of the best combinations of Punjabi and rap music, Tillay Wale Jooti kicks off with foot-tapping beats before Lohar's vocals make a powerful entrance. Butt follows suit with his English rap proving his mettle as a musician.

The video features the cast of JPNA2 which includes Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, Sarwat Gillani, Mawra Hocane, Kubra Khan, Uzma Khan, Omer Shehzad and Butt himself. However, Vasay Chaudhry who plays Sarwat's husband in the film was nowhere to be seen. He earlier tweeted that he is boycotting from being a part of the promotions for luck. Chaudhry added that last time, it was Hamza Ali Abbasi who refused to take part in promotions and the film fared well at the box-office. He hopes to sacrifice himself this time for better results.

I rejected 'Jawani Phir Nahi Aani 2' because my role was not substantial: Syra Shehroz

Serving as the theme song for JPNA2, Tillay Wale Jooti will make you get on your feet and dance your heart out. Could it be the next party anthem? Only time will tell. Meanwhile, good luck getting the song out of your head.
