Inferno: Fire at private bank

LARKANA: A fire erupted inside a private bank’s branch in Larkana on Wednesday morning. The inferno destroyed 12 computers, an air-conditioner plant, furniture and other valuables. Two of the guards, who were sleeping inside the bank, jumped out the windows to save their lives. The fire department has yet to ascertain the cause of the fire while the bank officials said they have suffered losses worth at least Rs2 million.
