Management accountant: US, UK institutes to offer new course

Chartered Global Management Accountant, will be a new standard of professional excellence in management accounting.

KARACHI: Governing bodies of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, headquartered in London, have agreed on the creation of a new professional designation, the Chartered Global Management Accountant, which will be a worldwide standard of professional excellence in management accounting.

According to a press release, the two accounting bodies will introduce the new course to promote the professional development of management accountants across the globe.
