KARACHI: A 74-run knock by Wajid Alam helped Pakistan Disabled Cricket Team to register their second consecutive win against Bangladesh by 45 runs in the Physical Disability T20 Tri-Series at Kidderminster CC Ground in Worcestershire.

Asked to bat first, Pakistan Disable Team posted a total of 180 runs in their allotted 20 overs with the loss of five wickets as debutant opener Alam smashed 74 runs off 49 balls hitting two sixes and 10 fours to build a 95-runs second-wicket partnership with wicketkeeper batsman Saifullah, who scored 42 runs off 27 balls hitting two sixes and five fours.

Jahanzeb Tawana scored 29 off 20 balls and Muhammad Shahbaz scored 23 off 18 balls. For Bangladesh, Drupam Patronobis and Manir Hossain took two wickets each for 24 and 30 runs respectively.

Chasing 181, Bangladesh were restricted on 135 in 18.3 overs despite the heroics of Sharif ul Islam, who scored 14 balls 39, laced with two sixes and two fours.

For Pakistan, skipper Nihar Alam, Waqif Shah, Muhammad Haris and Tawana bagged two wickets each for 20, 25, 29 and 33 runs respectively while Majid Hussain took one for two runs.
