In a meeting at the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Plattner said that a large number of Swiss multinational companies were operating in Pakistan.
“They do not only market their world class products and services, but also create thousands of attractive jobs in the country.” According to him, in the fiscal year 2009-2010, Switzerland was the fifth largest foreign direct investor in Pakistan, investing US $170.6 million.
