QUETTA: The students of Bolan Medical College (BMC) on Saturday held a protest rally against the principal, alleging that he deliberately flunked 150 of the 175 students in the exams over favouritism.

The students protested outside the Quetta Press Club and marched through various streets of the provincial capital chanting full-throat slogans against the principal and the college administration.

The students alleged that the BMC principal deliberately failed 150 of the 175 students during last exams, endangering their medical career.
“We have received notices by Principal Professor Shabid Ahmed Lehri demanding us to leave the college hostel, which is unbearable for the future doctors,” the students said.

They alleged that favouritism had badly damaged the education standard at BMC which is evident from the fact that majority students failed in last exams.

They demanded passing of an order for the failed students otherwise they would continue protesting against the BMC administration.
