House gifted to Majid Jahangir

Bahria International Hospital hands over keys and documents of 5-marla house to the ailing artist

LAHORE: Famed comedian Majid Jehangir was given possession of a new house in Bahria Orchard at a ceremony on Monday. Bahria International Hospital Vice President Dr Shazia Asim handed over the keys and documents of the 5-marla house to the ailing artist. Speaking on the occasion, she said that it was a historic moment which reflects the resolve of the Bahria Town to serve the Pakistani society and its real heroes. Jahangir, who received fame from a famous TV show Fifty Fifty, thanked the management. “I am grateful to Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz Hussain for helping me in my hard time.” Malik had taken notice of a news story in which the artist had appealed for help. Hussain directed his team to immediately act and help the artist by allotting him a house and providing medical treatment. Members of the Bahria Town management team, people from showbiz and journalists attended the event.
