QUETTA: At least four security personnel were injured after a bomb targetted a police vehicle in Nasirabad's Dera Murad Jamali on Saturday.
The incident occurred near a mosque in the city, according to initial reports.
DSP Manjo Shura Inayat Bugti was reportedly injured in the attack along with three other police personnel.
The injured have been shifted to a local civil hospital for medical treatment.
Seven, including Levies personnel, killed during two days of Eid in Balochistan
A Balochistan Levies force officer, was martyred on the first day of Eid.
A Levies official and two of his friends were martyred on the first day of Eid after coming under fire from unidentified assailants in the Killi Bangulzai area of the provincial capital.
The police officers said that armed men, riding a motorcycle, opened fire on a Balochistan Levies vehicle in the Killi Bangulzai area on Sariab Road. As a result, a Levies force officer and two of his friends died on the spot.
The deceased were returning in a vehicle after offering Eid prayers when they were attacked, said the police officers.
