Directives to assume their positions during Eid holidays have been issued to the Lahore Zoo director, assistant directors, curators and district wildlife officers all over the province.
Khan said that around 10 officers have been stationed during the Eid holidays for monitoring, checking, and ensuring security arrangements for tourists and other matters related to provincial wildlife parks and zoos.

Deputy Director Headquarter Muhammad Naeem Bhatti, Wildlife Lahore region Deputy Director Syed Zafarul Hassan, Deputy Director Wildlife Publicity Amir Masood and other officials attended the meeting.
Khan has ordered officers to supervise and analyse the arrangements at their respective centers and inform deputy director headquarters Naeem Bhatti through the phone, SMS or Whatsapp. They were also told to submit a written report after Eid holidays.

He added that wildlife parks and zoo in charge officers should provide visitors with cool drinking water and shade to relax. The deputy DG said negligence in implementation of these orders will lead to strict action against the official(s) concerned.
