Pakistani tennis star Aisam-ul-Haq qualified for the second round of the French Open for the first time along with his Indian partner on Saturday.
Haq and Rohan Bopanna defeated American Micheal Russel and Italian Faibo Gani in Paris. They won both sets of the game 6-2 and 6-3.
Meanwhile, Haq was also playing for the first time in the mix doubles contest, paired up with Gul Iman Maldova from Uzbekistan.
