Branch connectivity: PTCL, Bank of Punjab ink accord

LAHORE: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and the Bank of Punjab (BoP) have inked an agreement to cater for their branch connectivity through state-of-the-art Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) service over physically and geographically redundant network, says a press release. This agreement will allow the bank to carry out online core banking transactions in a secure, faster and cost-effective manner, it said.  PRESS RELEASE
