LAHORE: Germany has offered to help Pakistan tackle the energy crisis by allowing the use of German technology in the area of renewable energy projects. German ambassador to Pakistan Dr Michael Koch, while speaking at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) on Wednesday said that Germany is ready to extend cooperation to Pakistan for bridging the gap between demand and supply - as it is at the moment passing through its worst ever energy crisis.  Koch said that renewable energy sources could help protect the Pakistani government against cost increases as has recently been experienced in the case of crude oil.
